sigh, to rub to the wound, mel asked WL if i were playing in the Badminton semi-finals. Then WL learnt tat it was another case of mistaken identity... She saw E-Wan's name in tat mail...*rolls eyes*

It didn't help that u share almost similar name to a person in school who is (slightly) higher profile than u. Almost like i'm living under her shadow; basking in her glory and fame. That friends who have worked closely with u and her, can actually call you by her name, and friends who know u and not the other person, can actually think that u are her.

then WL (for once) was so sweet by adding: we prefer you.
Another sense of sweet warmth sent down the heart from someone so unexpected.

PS: the next serious "accidental" case of name miscalling, i'm going to change my name to E-Wan! ( who's the dylexic..*flips dictionary* dyslexic one here? cant even read properly)
