Into the darkness ( reprise)

Searching for a piece of you, i need to find it.
If i cant find you in the day, i'll seek in the murky nightfalls.
I dun belong in darkness, but i am threading there.
Slime and filth, pulling me deeper
but i am threading forward, surely, with apprehension guiding me.

The Serpent ought to swallow me, but yet prods me to think.
God, we're so different! We dont belong to the same world.
Go back to where u came from.
I cant find myself in the world where i belong, let alone in the dark hollow night.
Yet, curiousity lingers, waiting to see its advances...
Will it lead me to you? or further?
Like The Lost child looking for you across the wall, in the other world,
will i slip and fall into the filth?
