The L Word- God’s gift to Lesbians, after QAF for the guys. (eh? God’s gift?)
Its like, may I quote an acquaintance from doing Mardi Gras, but in a different context, “This year, we remember the gals.” Hahhaha… The way he said it, was damn tickling.
Got the fortune to watch a few episodes, and man, its more explicit and more interesting that Sex and the City definitely. (Fans of Sex and the City are so definitely going to rush to get The L Word.) I learnt a lot too about Les Ways.
As much as they were selling the lifestyle in the show, its definitely easier to be a hetero than a homo. These people need a lot of courage to stand out and be what they are. Admirable. And then, here comes some dingdong who claim to want to be les because its fun. She deserves slap man. Something held dearly by homos, then come in this person who just wants to have fun. I quote a friend who said this, “You’re playing with people’s feelings, do you realise?”
